Successful start for Nico and the Devils

Winning start to the new NHL season for Nico and the New Jersey Devils. In their opening game on Saturday night, the Devils defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 4-3 (OT.).

Overall, Nico accumulated 18:06 minutes of ice time, recorded three shots on prevailed in 60% of his face-offs. He finished the game a plus-1 and was on the ice for the Devils’ first goal after just 17 seconds of play.

Next up, the Devils have three more games coming their way this week. Starting on Tuesday night, they’ll be welcoming the Kraken, the Capitals (Thursday) and the Sabres (Saturday) to the Rock. All three games will start at 7 PM ET.
